About the Creator

I was inspired to create this guide after experiencing anxiety/depression myself. I know how overwhelming the symptoms can be. My aim is to provide the tools and plan that helped me not only cope with anxiety & depression, but actually over come it! I’ve tried many techniques and these are the evidence-based tools that can help young people navigate the over stimulating, unpredictable, and often daunting world we are living in.
