Each session contains an explanation of the topic including the natural understanding of what is happening in your body and why. The reason you’re feeling the way you do and how to not only cope, but overcome anxiety and depression! Each session also has a QR code that will lead you to further content including, videos, exercises and podcasts.
I was inspired to create this guide after experiencing anxiety/depression myself. I know how overwhelming the symptoms can be. My aim is to provide the tools and plan that helped me not only cope with anxiety & depression, but actually over come it! I’ve tried many techniques and these are the evidence-based tools that can help young people navigate the over stimulating, unpredictable, and often daunting world we are living in.
