Unfortunately, statistics reveal that only about 20% of children with mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders receive care from a specialized mental health care provider. Therefore, we know it is critical to focus on connecting and working with any services that support and interact with youth to ensure we reach as many youth in need as possible.
If you are interested in supporting our quest of empowering youth to learn and overcome Anxiety and Depression, join us! Here are some ways we are looking for support.
We still need funds to complete Phase 1 of the project. Empowerment Publishing has already invested over $90,000 of personal funds and now is looking for support to complete all 3 Phases of the project.

I was inspired to create this guide after experiencing anxiety/depression myself. I know how overwhelming the symptoms can be. I aim to provide the tools and plan that helped me not only cope with anxiety and depression but actually overcome it! I’ve tried many techniques, and these evidence-based tools can help all young people navigate the over-stimulating, unpredictable, and often daunting world we live in.
