This is the base breathing maneuver to most of the exercises. Remember these exercises are best utilized when practice daily.

Most People know that your mind controls your body, however this teaches that your body controls your mind.

Exercise 3 - Mind Control Skill - Body Over Brain 5 minute

As you get more comfortable with Body Over Brain exercises you’ll find the longer you keep your body in motion and get that heart pumping the better you’ll feel.

Why are we exercising?

Regular exercise reduces anxiety through various physiological and psychological mechanisms.
